Welcome to the ChangeUp CaseTracker
This application allows clients to add cases, which are then handled by the providers.
- Providers can create cases, reassign cases and more.
- Clients can create cases, and monitor the status of their own open cases. Clients will receive email notifications of changes.
In order to use this application, you need to have a username and password issued by the main ChangeUpBirmingham.org website.
To login, use the 'Login' link at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
